Class Changes
There haven’t been any class changes specific for Season 4, just the buffs from December and the future prospect of a Talent overhaul in The War Within.
Other Changes
With thew return of the Vault tier set, you don’t need to worry about Blackout Reinforcement. The Tier set doesn’t require any thought as it should take care of its self naturally.
What To Do
Embellishments
The Toxified Armor Patch path has officially given way to Blue Silken Lining in pretty much all situations. You can technically stick with Slimy Expulsion Boots and a Toxified Armor Patch in a situation where the uptime of Blue Silken Lining is less than 30% or so and there are no additional targets. But this is SUPER unlikely.
You’ll probably want to craft your Blue Silken Lining in a Neck and/or Ring slot since its ok to be slightly lower item level in a slot without Agility.
Bullion
During Season 4, we are once again able to buy targeted raid items with Antique Bronze Bullion. You can acquire one of these per week, and non-cosmetic items each cost 2. We recommend buying the following items:

Trinkets
We have a lot of strong trinkets that perform similarly at the moment, so as always, sim your options to see what’s best for you in particular.
- Many of the raid trinkets are worth using in different situations. Notable trinkets are Manic Grieftorch, Ashes of the Embersoul, Neltharion’s Call to Dominance, Ominous Chromatic Essence and Cataclysmic Signet Brand
- Dungeon trinkets worth mentioning are Ruby Whelp Shell (fully trained), Algeth’ar Puzzle Box and Irideus Fragment.

consider:
head incandescent essence [by default] [absolutely not enough rppm]
flaring cowl [fire dmg head] [blue silken minus 1]
shadowflame wreathe weapon enchant [no Sophic Devotion ]
Shadowflame-Tempered Armor Patch 1 or 2 [blue silken minus 1or 2]

Seal of Diurna’s Chosen is triggered by the head enchant, djaruun and various trinkets.
NO we dont use shadowflame enchant, shadowflame embellishment or the flaring cowl since more procs through those things are not enough to outweigh the loss from using such things.
